PRIVACY POLICY (summary, v2026.10)

Controller: your sports club. Processor: CCGastos. Purpose: management and payment of expense reimbursements, compliance with tax and child-protection obligations (Spanish LO 8/2021). Data: identification, contact, banking (encrypted IBAN), expense receipts and, where applicable, the validity of the clearance certificate from the Central Register of Sex Offenders. Receipts are processed by an AI provider (Anthropic) solely to extract the document data. Retention: for the duration of the relationship and the legal limitation periods (4 tax years). Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability with your club or at info@ccgastos.es. You may lodge a complaint with the AEPD.
